When you purchase a subscription or ad placement, our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) collects your full name, billing address, phone number, and payment card details. This information is stored by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive and store your name, phone number, billing address (street, city, state, ZIP code), and a reference to your Stripe customer account. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers.

2.3 Park Listing Information

Park owners who claim and edit their listings may provide park descriptions, phone numbers, email addresses, website URLs, booking URLs, highlight text, and photos. This information is displayed publicly on the Site as part of the directory listing.

2.4 User-Submitted Content

Visitors may submit reviews, tips, questions, and photos. We collect the content of these submissions along with the author name, email address, and any associated metadata (visit date, RV type, cell carrier signal reports).

2.5 Automatically Collected Information

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (city/region level). We do not use this data to personally identify you.

2.6 Cookies

We use a session cookie (rvparks_session) to maintain your login state. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure in production, and expires after 30 days. Google Analytics may set its own cookies subject to Google's privacy practices. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Stripe: Payment and billing information is processed by Stripe, Inc. under their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance.
• Resend: Email delivery is handled by Resend. We share your email address with Resend solely for transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics: Anonymous usage data is collected by Google under their privacy practices.
• Public display: Park listing content (descriptions, amenities, contact info, photos) submitted by owners is displayed publicly on the Site. Reviews and tips are displayed with the author name provided.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pennsylvania Digital Solutions LLC, our users, or the public.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and HTTP-only session cookies. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Publicly posted content (reviews, tips) may remain on the Site after account deletion with personal identifiers removed. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting compliance.

7. Your Rights
