If you like mixing with tweakers, criminals, and illegals...this is the place for you! If not, you should avoid this place by a 10 sq mi area. Even better? Sheila, the manager knows EXACTLY what is going on here. And seemingly ignores it all. Crime? Drugs? I suppose she feels it's all just a minor inconvenience since no one gets kicked out and everybody gets to stay as long as that dirty money keeps coming in. Probably because most of the tenants are her family, extended family, or friends. Who knows, maybe she's making a good cut of the profits on the side...
